Every memory someone submits goes to your Submissions list first. Once you approve it there, it is ready for the book — but it does not appear on a page until you click Sync in the editor's top bar. The red badge on Sync shows how many approved contributions are waiting.
Synced contributions are added as new pages at the end of the book, just before the back cover. Nothing else moves. The editor jumps to the first new page so you can see it land.
If you want the new pages in a particular order, use Sort (by submission date, last name, first name, or relationship) or drag pages around in Overview.
