Every memory someone submits goes to your Submissions list first. Once you approve it there, it is added to the book automatically the next time you open the editor — as a new page at the end of the book, just before the back cover. Nothing else moves. The editor jumps to the first new page so you can see it land. (On auto-approve projects, and for your own memories, there is no review step: they go straight in.)
If a contributor changes their memory after it is in the book, the page picks up the change and shows an Updated chip in the Submissions tab until you look at it. Pages you remove from the book stay out — they wait under Removed from Book in the Submissions tab, where Restore puts them back. Once you mark the book complete, new approvals wait in the Submissions tab instead of being added.
If you want the new pages in a particular order, use Sort (by submission date, last name, first name, or relationship) or drag pages around in Overview.
