Ordering your printed book

What we print

One format, made properly: a 10-inch square premium hardcover with PUR binding, on your choice of gloss or Mohawk Eggshell Matte paper. Twenty pages are included and you can add more — the price for your book is shown at checkout before you pay.

You choose a cover style during ordering.

Check these before you order

We check that your book is structurally complete — that it has a front cover, a back cover and at least one page. We do not check your photos or your words for you, so it is worth going through the book once yourself:

1. Amber "Low res" badges. These are the photos that will print soft. Nothing stops you ordering with them, so it is on you to decide.
2. Spelling and names. Read the captions once more. This is the thing people most often wish they had checked.
3. Anything close to the edge. Photos and text near the trim edge can be cut into slightly when the book is guillotined.

You confirm you have reviewed the book before the order goes through.

Shipping

Shipping is a flat $7.95 per address, anywhere in the United States — the same whether your book goes across town or to Alaska.

Books arrive 3 to 8 business days after they ship. That is the delivery window only; printing and binding happen first. If you are working towards a service or a birthday, order well ahead of the date rather than close to it.

Extra copies

Every copy is the same price whether you order one or ten — there is no bulk discount. What you do save is shipping: copies going to the same address ship together and pay one shipping charge, so ordering the family's copies together costs less than ordering them one at a time later.
